Michiana Contracting Announces the Acquisition of Adarand Constructors, Guardrail Installer in Colorado
Michiana Contracting, a leading DOT and electrical contractor in Indiana & Arizona, is excited to announce the acquisition of Adarand Constructors of Colorado effective December 31, 2021. Adarand has been a leading provider of guardrail installations and repairs in the state of Colorado for over 40 years.
Adarand was owned and operated by Randy Pech & Steven Goeglein. Both intend to continue working with Michiana to expand Adarand’s operations.
